As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Deva is responsible for the oversight of the Maya Hotels portfolio and is actively involved with all aspects of property operations including marketing, human resources, information technology and strategic development. JD holds a bachelor degree in commerce from South Gujarat University, India and is designated as a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Maya Hotels has become a well-respected hotel ownership and management company under the guidance of Mr. Deva and his drive and direction have become the foundation of our future growth and development.

As owner of multiple properties in the Charlotte area, Maya Hotels, and Mr. Deva understand the value of working with local banks. The Knights Inn in Gastonia is owned by Maya Hotels, and is a customer of Alliance Bank and Trust.
